The only reason I stayed so long in this apartment was simply to be closer home. The staff were okay, but the management and utilities were nothing compared to what was described. We had to insist visitors toilet be fixed before they made plans to fix it. Poor management communications. No kettle in property, no hot despite being assured, no pressing iron for clothes. Eventually, we had no electricity from midnight on our last day despite assurance of unhindered electricity supply. The worst of all, no Internet services provided. Manager makes promises and not fuldill. I really will not be staying here again because there is no second chance for a first impression.
